Check-in & check-out
Arrival of guests and Welcoming them
The arrival of guests and welcoming them in the apartment can be quite a challenging and complex task. There is no doubt about how delicate and important the moment of the first encounter with the guests is and it is an event which can mark their entire stay.
We pay special attention to organizing the guests' arrival and welcome in order to enable them to feel relaxed and safe; to find the apartment as easily and quickly as possible and to have all the necessary information regarding their stay.
If you do not require cleaning services, this package includes:
- Customer service at the guests' disposal from 9:00 until 24:00h Mon-Sun.
- The organization of the guests' arrival and their check-in.
- Providing the guests with all the necessary information regarding the apartment and the nearby area.
- Providing all the necessary information on Dubrovnik as well as recommendations for the best things to do, restaurants and the like.
- A map of Dubrovnik
- Visitor registration in the E-Visitor system.
- Inspecting the property for any damage after the guests' check-out.

Property Management
The Property Management Service is intended for all the property owners who do not reside in Dubrovnik or Croatia throughout the year. The moment you decide to rely on us, you can forget about worrying about the state of your property.
This service includes:
- Control and payment (where necessary) of bills
- Checking and forwarding mail
- A monthly (or in the case of bad weather, on-demand) inspection of your property and report
- Hiring companies to carry out repairs when necessary
- Carrying out small repairs
- Organizing cleaning when necessary
- Organizing garden maintenance
- Checking the water, electricity, gas, etc.
- Watering plants, letting in some fresh air, etc.
Eco Laundry Bank
Towels and bed linen are one of the most important factors in the guests' overall rating of a property unit. Bed linen has to be made of high-quality fabric, comfortable, fragrant and impeccably clean. We pay special attention to our eco-laundry in order to be able to have full control over the washing and ironing, all the while keeping our high eco-standards in mind.
We have an ideal solution for all the property owners who wish to dedicate their time to other activities and who do not want to invest a significant amount of their resources in buying their own bed linen. Every day, or as the need arises, we can provide you with clean bed linen, towels and foot towels, even in small quantities. Take a clean set, return a dirty one. For bigger quantities, we also offer a delivery service.
Property owners who have multiple units can arrange washing services for their own bed linen and towels.
