CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT RULES

Check-in time starts from 3:00 PM

Check-in is from 3:00pm and guests can arrive any time after that. There are some cases when early check-in is available. If that is the case, we will contact you during the morning of the day of your arrival to inform you that an early check-in option is available. Please note that we will not be able to confirm or deny an early check-in request prior to the day of check-in due to our cleaning schedules.

Latest check-out time is at 10:00AM

Late check-out is not available. There is a fee (plus taxes) associated with not complying with check-out time. The fee varies from apartment to apartment. On the day of your departure please leave the room by 10:00am at the latest. Your stay in the room after 10:00am will be charged as an additional day. Please do not forget to leave your key in the lockbox.


LOCATION & ACCESS

Apartments located in the Old Town

For apartments in the Old Town, guests must first arrive at our CHECK-IN POINT at Getaldićeva ulica 9. Our staff will provide you with all necessary information and give you the keys to your apartment. Upon request, we can arrange for your luggage to be transported to the apartment.

Apartments located outside the Old Town

After you have made a reservation, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary information including how to find your accommodation and how to obtain the keys. On the day of your arrival, once you find your accommodation, you must contact our Info centre which will provide you with an access code. You will receive all the information about our easy check-in procedure and you can always request for a Host manager for all additional questions and help.


LOCKBOX

The lockbox only has one set of keys and we prefer for the keys to stay in the lockbox so that each member of your party can access the home at any time. This will eliminate the need for multiple key sets. This also prevents the keys from getting lost.


CLEANING FEE

Depending on the accommodation which you have chosen, you will need to pay a cleaning fee on the day of your arrival. If you have booked an apartment in the Old Town, you must pay the cleaning fee in cash (local currency, kuna only) at the check-in point. If you have booked an apartment outside the Old Town, you will find all the necessary information regarding the registration and cleaning fee payment process in the apartment. In case you need any further assistance, you have our Info center and a Host manager at your disposal.


HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE

Supplied towels and bed linen are included in the price. One big towel, one medium towel and one make up towel per person are included. Change of linen and towels is available every 7 days of your stay. You can request extra cleaning services and additional bed linen and towels for extra charge. Hotel-size shampoo and soap is included (1 per person for the length of your stay).

This is start pack in each unit and all extra is available for extra charges. Please note, those are self serviced units.

  • Take out the rubbish to appropriate street containers. If there is garbage left in the apartment, the surcharge is 20€.
  • For extremely unclean accommodation, surcharge is 100€.
  • You are obliged to leave the apartment you rented as you found it upon your arrival.
  • Keep noise levels down — especially between 22:00 and 08:00.

We Would Hihgly Appreciate If You Would Follow These Rules

  1. During your stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use.
  2. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
  3. Open fire, easily flammable & explosive substances, materials & candles, etc. are not allowed in the accommodation.
  4. Please use the premises, equipment and inventory carefully as a good host.
  5. Please promptly report any malfunction or failure to the staff.
  6. Please note that you are responsible for damages that occur by your fault or
    by fault of the person that you are responsible for and that you are obliged to pay for it.
  7. Accommodation inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) is intended for you to use while staying in
    apartment and is not to be taken out. Please also note that accommodation towels are not
    to be used for removing your make up or as a floor rag. All intentional damage to towels and bed linens will be additionally charged.
  8. For safety and hygiene reasons cooking or any other form or meal production in the room without a kitchen is not allowed.
  9. Please make sure that you don’t leave water running in the bathroom or air-conditioning on when you leave the room.
  10. Pets are allowed only with the permission of the host. Bringing pets without prior announcement in the reservation process is not allowed,
    and the apartment owner has the right to cancel the booking.
  11. The apartment will not be responsible for the valuables left in the room. Please deposit them in the safe box if the room has one.
  12. Please handle the key with care. In case of damaging or losing the key during the time of your stay we will charge 100 kn compensation.
  13. Please dispose of the garbage you produce during your stay.
  14. We reserve the right to break the contact and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of these House rules or if they disturb other visitors with their behavior.

By bus

Dubrovnik can be reached by bus from different locations. If you’re visiting Dubrovnik while already being in Croatia or surrounding countries, here is the list of all the bus lines that operate through Dubrovnik Main Bus station

By plane

From Dubrovnik Airport you can take the ATLAS shuttle bus tickets. You can book tickets through our info department at info@dominatto.hr

In case you need a private airport transfer to the property, you can contact us, and we can organize it for you. Dominatto Smart Property Management Company has private cars and drivers who will be at your disposal in case you need a transfer from or to the airport.


By boat

Depending on where you’re coming from, there is a possibility that you will choose to arrive in Dubrovnik by boat.

In case you’re coming from Split, Hvar, Brač, Korčula, or Mljet, then you’ll use Kapetan Luka Catamaran or Nona Ana catamaran. Here are the links with the catamaran timetables:

By car

Please note that parking in Dubrovnik can be difficult and expensive, depending on the area you’ve booked your stay in.
