In her role as a Quality Director, Slavica is working on upgrading the overall experience of the guests in our managed properties and works with housekeeping team to improve details to reach high satisfaction of the guests.

Leo is co-owner of Adatto company and co-owner / Operations Director of Dominatto - smart property management company. His main goal is to provide punctual performance of the field tasks and to make sure that all assignments are done properly. In free time, Leo is acting in the Kolarin Company of Actors in Dubrovnik.

Denis Dilberovic is co-owner of Adatto and co-owner and Managing Director at Dominatto smart property management company. After years of experience in tourism sector on different responsible positions, as a Managing Director his main target is to track all segments of property management business and contracting with owners.

Our employees enrol in training courses in order to raise awareness in their day-to-day work and thus be in line with the principles of sustainable development. We recycle and take care of the environment. Our goal for the next 3-year period is to become a fully-fledged eco&bio business. On sales pages all the properties managed by Dominatto are marked by an eco symbol.
We have a unique system of work, employee performance control, enhancing efficiency and a well-developed communication network within the company itself. Our next short-term aim is to include guests in our smart business model, which would allow us to offer all-encompassing and simple services and to stay on top of their wishes and needs.
